Do I have to book tickets online in advance, or can I just show up?
Due to our maximum capacity of 60 people, we recommend that you purchase tickets in advance online on our website. Of course, we also sell tickets at the ticket office, but there may be longer waiting times, especially on weekends and public holidays. The 45-minute ticket is only available on site.
How can I pay?
You can pay online with credit and debit cards, PayPal, or Apple Pay. On-site, you can pay either in cash with your ECE Center voucher or with the following cards (Visa, Mastercard, V Pay, Maestro, Diners Club International, Union Pay International, JCB International).
When is SOCCERBEAT open?
Our opening hours are Sunday to Wednesday from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m., Thursday from 10 a.m. to 9 p.m., and Friday & Saturday from 10 a.m. to 10 p.m. Opening hours on public holidays may vary and will be announced by us.
What is the best way to dress for SOCCERBEAT?
That's entirely up to you. Whether you're wearing casual clothes or a sporty outfit, you'll be perfectly welcome at SOCCERBEAT. However, you're not allowed to wear cleats. Important: SOCCERBEAT is entertainment, not a sports facility.
What's the best way to get to SOCCERBEAT?
You can reach SOCCERBEAT on foot, by train, or by car. You can find all the information here.
May I cancel my reservation?
No, canceling your booking is not possible. However, you do have the option to rebook your booking once. If you have a special case, please feel free to contact us by phone or email.
Your booking request is outside our booking options (30 days in advance)?
You are welcome to submit your request outside of our booking hours (30 days in advance). Please call us (+49 (0)69 - 380 781 50) or send us an email to info@soccerbeat.de.
Is there an age limit?
No, everyone is welcome. However, we recommend a minimum age of 5. After 8 p.m., however, it's "adults only." Only adults (18+) are allowed in the activity zones.
What activity zones are there?
We have a total of 13 zones in SOCCERBEAT. You can see exactly which ones here.
Can I take photos and videos at SOCCERBEAT?
Of course, you are welcome to capture your SOCCERBEAT experience with photos and videos. Feel free to tag us in your video or photo. Just please make sure that other guests do not feel disturbed by this.
Can I bring my own food and drinks to SOCCERBEAT?
With the exception of still water for children under 10, bringing food and drinks into SOCCERBEAT is unfortunately not permitted. However, our catering service will provide you with drinks and delicious food.
Can I bring my dog?
You are welcome to bring your dog to the SOCCERBEAT restaurant. However, dogs are not permitted in the activity zones (except for the VIP lounge).
Are there changing rooms, restrooms and lockers?
Unfortunately, we don't offer our own changing rooms. We do have restrooms and lockers for your valuables.
Can I buy vouchers from you?
Yes, we offer vouchers of various amounts on our booking page (booking.soccerbeat.de). We also offer various gift ideas.
Can I use SOCCERBEAT for events or come with larger groups?
For events with a larger number of people, we are happy to offer special rates. Please email events@soccerbeat.de.
Can I use all areas with my ticket?
With your ticket, you can try out all the activity zones. The VIP lounge is not included, however. You are welcome to book it separately for yourself and your friends.
Can I stay at SOCCERBEAT for longer than the length of my purchased ticket?
Of course! If capacity allows, you can extend your ticket at the box office for an additional fee.
